October 31, 2012

Happy Halloween! Before they even began officially celebrating, Nene stopped by with some treats for the boys, and the excitement officially kicked in.   Colton was pretty amped up for Halloween this year...ok, REALLY amped up.  He had been practicing his "trick or treat" for days in anticipation, and once we got out there, he quickly got into the swing of it and kept pointing at more houses for us to go visit.  Levi had a really good time riding in the wagon...for a little bit...and then he wanted to join mom and Colton in going up to the doors.  Of course, when they got back, both boys were excited to try out some candy...a Snickers for Colton (his pick) and a couple M and M's for Levi!

October 30, 2012

With Sandy gone and dad finally feeling better, the boys were excited to return to normal (ok maybe mom was the excited one, but the boys seemed to be as well)!  They started their day off with a trip to the JCC and then went by Papa's office to bring him his birthday cake and say "ha ha ha ha day Papa" (colton speak for happy birthday papa).  On the way home, they made their weekly trip to the Teeter and then were home for the rest of the night.

October 29, 2012

With Sandy's winds and rain in the area all day, the family decided to play it safe and stay inside.  Have no fear, though...the boys definitely made the most of their time-playing, painting a pumpkin, baking, and later carving their pumpkin.

October 28, 2012

Despite the nasty weather, the boys had big plans today and weren't going to let Sandy stop them!  This morning, Colton had a birthday party to go to (for a little boy in his class) at the Bounce House.  He was very excited to get to go play there...and eat some cake!  And of course, his momarazzi was in full effect, taking way too many pictures of him enjoying the fun.  Afterwards, he and mom headed over to Nene and Papa's house to meet Levi and the rest of the Kletz family to watch a very successful Steelers game!  The rest of the day was spent at home riding out the storm!
