February 13-14, 2016

Colton and Levi spent their weekend having lots of fun. On Saturday, they went to their first odu basketball game of the season and then stopped at oconnors to play with their friend Maisy while mom and dad hung out with the grown ups. On Sunday, the boys were excited to kick off Valentine's Day, especially once they got their Mickey Mouse surprise! They then headed out to top golf for some fun, but had to cut it short because it was so cold.

February 12, 2016

The boys were so excited to get out of school early today, and they were even more excited when the snow began to fall and stick! Colton and Levi made sure to get out and do what they do best in the snow: throw snowballs! In the interest of full disclosure, some of these photos were actually taken from our last snow day a couple weeks ago!

January 2016

Colton and Levi continue to be busy. The boys have had a lot of fun over the past few weeks: attending their cousins birthday party at the pool, a trip to the bounce house with Levi's friend jack, and a family day at funville were a few of their special outings. But they have also managed to make their own fun at home. They spend as much time as they can on their iPads! And Levi  has started really enjoying helping mom make dinner each night and makes a wonderful sous chef. Both boys have been doing a lot of bike riding...so much so that Colton has even learned to ride his without training wheels!!! And speaking of accomplishments, Levi surprised us all this week when he received his first phonics book (he had to recognize all of his uppercase and lowercase letters and be able to write them to get it!). The boys also were sure to get out in the snow we had a couple weeks ago. While it didn't last long, they were thrilled to get in a snow ball fight. Lastly, Levi had his four year old checkup this month. He has made it to the 20th percentile for height, something we're not used to around here!
