November 30, 2012

Colton headed off to school this morning while Mom and Levi ran a few errands (where Levi got many compliments on his cuteness!) and then came home to set up for C's shower tomorrow.  Once Colton was picked up, the rest of the afternoon was spent at home.  At night, the boys headed out to Press 626 to meet everyone + Aunt Debbie and Aunt Erin, who were in from Florida for C's shower, for dinner.  Levi was completely worn out from dinner and asleep by the time the car started moving, but Colton was very eager to get home and put on his new ho ho pajamas.

November 29, 2012

After a morning trip to the JCC, Colton and Levi were off to meet their friends at the Orb.  Both boys had a blast as usual and then headed home for some lunch and play time.  Once dad got home, everyone went out for some Mexican and then were back home for some baths, tv, and bed time.

November 28, 2012

Colton began his day at school, while Levi and mom ran a few errands and then came home for some (relatively) quiet time at home.  After picking up Colton, everyone returned home for a pretty regular afternoon and evening!  Levi is beginning to gain a bit more confidence in his walking and is getting very close to letting go and giving it a go on his own!  And Colton has become quite obsessed with his own Molly dog (pronounced Mo-wy and appropriately named after Ry and C's dog) carrying it around with him everywhere he goes.

November 27 ,2012

Colton and Levi started off their day at the JCC and then spent some time at Greenbrier Mall today.  Once back home, it was play, play, and more play (and wear mom out!) for the afternoon/evening.

November 26, 2012

Colton started off his day at school while mom and Levi headed off to the grocery store.  Once they picked Colton back up, the boys headed outside for some play time where Colton had a blast playing in the choo choo track leaves (can we sense a common theme of his play these days?!?) dad had created (accidentally) for him.

November 25, 2012

Colton and Levi took it easy today and hung around the house all day.  The boys were happy to have Nene, Papa, Ry, and Gigi over to watch the Steelers game (although the result was not so good) with them.

November 24, 2012

Colton and Levi had a pretty low-key Saturday.  They spent the morning at home with dad while mom and Gigi ran some errands.  After they were done, the boys joined mom and dad for lunch out at Jason's Deli (where they got a nice surprise visit from their grandparents) and then did a little shopping...and some funny puppy visiting at the pet store (Colton went up to each one and said "hi dog...me Colton").  After taking their naps, the boys headed back out with mom and dad for a quick trip to the mall (Colton was totally in love with all the "ho ho lights") and dinner at Carabba.  On a sidenote, after a few days of speculation, we feel we can safely report that Levi has his first word, and Mom is very pleased to report that it is 'mama"...although "dada" appears to be close behind!

November 23, 2012

Colton and Levi had a really nice Black Friday starting with a trip to the doctor's office to confirm that Colton's ear infection is indeed cleared up!  Afterwards, they joined Gigi and mom for some shopping and lunch out.  After spending some time at home playing, watching tv, and napping, the boys met Uncle Jordan, Aunt Stephanie, and Gavin for dinner at Outback.

November 22, 2012

Happy Thanksgiving! The boys enjoyed their day, continuing on some of their traditions from the past and modifying others, but all in all, everyone was just excited to have Levi around for his very first Thanksgiving.

November 21, 2012

Colton and Levi spent the day before Thanksgiving...well, getting ready for Thanksgiving.  Colton headed off to school where he got to have some craft time and snacks with the fifth graders, while Levi helped mom do some pie making.  Colton got out of school early, so the boys both were excited to get to visit the One Hour office for their annual Thanksgiving feast and some fun play time with Dad, Papa, and Ry.  Levi entertained the office by crawling around with a football in his mouth, while Colton showed off his jumping off of Ry's desk tricks...lovely.  After naps, the boys joined mom and dad for dinner at Wild Wing and then came home to watch "Charlie Brown's Thanksgiving," which Colton was totally in to!
