Colton spent his Monday at school while mom and Levi ran some errands and tried to stay dry. Once the rain finally let up in the afternoon, the boys took advantage of the puddles left behind to have some fun splashing!

April 26-28, 2013

Although the weekend didn't seem particularly busy, Colton and Levi did manage to cram in quite a bit.  Friday night was spent at dinner with Nene and Papa at CP Shucker's.  Levi discovered a water fountain there that really excited him!  
Saturday the boys headed to the landscaping place with mom and dad to finalize their new plan (!) and then visited with Mamaw and Judy for a bit.  At night, they stayed home with dad while mom joined some friends for a going away party.
And on Sunday, the boys went out for bagels and a trip to BJ's before Colton and mom went to one of Colton's friend's birthday party and Levi hung out with dad.  At night, everyone plus Gigi went to Carabbas for dinner.

April 25, 2013

Colton and Levi ran a couple of errands with mom and then were treated to some time at Mt. Trashmore.  Colton was really eager to give kite flying a try, and while he didn't really get it into the air, he did have a blast running with it and trying to catch it if mom was flying it.  Levi, meanwhile, was not a very big fan of all the wind at the top of the mountain, but did enjoy throwing and then collecting his new balls...over and over!

Highlight of the day (and probably of their lifetimes, thus far!)?  The boys' new swingset, a very generous present from their Nene and Papa, was finally all set up today!!!  Needless to say, Colton and Levi did a lot of playing out there (and mom took a bunch of pictures!)...

April 23, 2013

Colton and Levi had a big day today, starting it off at the JCC and then spending some time at the Fieldhouse with their friends.  After a quick lunch, they headed to the doctor's office for their 15-month and 3-year check ups.  Both boys checked out perfect...and petite!  
Colton now measures 35 7/8 inches and weighs 27 pounds (we think...mom doesn't exactly remember!), putting him into the 25th percentile for height and 3rd percentile (ish again we don't quite remember) for weight.  His BMI was calculated for the first time and was a 15, just outside of being a "skinny kid" according to the doctor!  And his highlight of the day was getting to pee in the cup with his name on it...he thought that was pretty cool!
Levi measures 30 inches and 20 pounds, half an ounce, putting him in the 10th percentile for height and 3rd (ish...again don't remember exactly) for weight.  Levi had to get three shots, but handled them fairly well...besides a few moments of screaming...which, of course, started Colton off on his own screaming/crying round...fun times!

April 20-21, 2013

Colton and Levi have enjoyed a jam-packed weekend.  On Saturday, the boys spent the morning at McArthur Mall with mom and dad and were even lucky enough to get lunch (and a milkshake) at Johnny Rocket's.  At night, Colton and Levi spent some time at the JCC with their friends while mom and dad had some nice time out!  
On Sunday, Colton had a birthday party to go to, so he and mom headed to that while dad and Levi hung out at home.  Dad went golfing in the afternoon, so the boys got some take out and hung out with mom,  playing in the backyard and singing "here we go Steelers, here we go!"

Colton was off to school today while Levi ran some errands with mom. Nene and Gigi then joined in on the fun as everyone attended Colton's sing along Shabbat! Afterwards, Colton met his friends for skinny dip before heading home. At night, the boys met nene and papa for dinner at chicks.
