December 24-25, 2013

Merry Christmas!!!  The boys were certainly excited for all the fun that came in the last couple of days.  They started off Christmas Eve by running some errands with mom and then came home to make cookies and reindeer food to get ready for the night.  After naps, they headed down to the boardwalk to see the lights with mom, dad, Gigi, Ry, C, and Riley and then got dinner with everyone + Nene and Papa at Burtons.
Christmas started off a bit rocky with Colty coming in crying because he didn't think Santa had come (there were no presents in his room), but he quickly recovered once he saw all the loot waiting for him in the living room.  Both Colton and Levi LOVED opening all their presents and then were very eager to play with each and every one of them!  Eventually they ventured down to Ry and C's house for brunch and some play time/dance party with the Kletz family.  And at night, they headed over to Gammy and Pop's house for Christmas with the Hobbs family.
And without further ado, a whole bunch of photos!!!

December 20-22, 2013

This weekend was an absolute pleasure...with everyone feeling better, beautiful weather, lots of family time, and lots of Buddy antics!  On Friday night, the boys joined Aunt Debbie, Cody, Gammy, Pop, Uncle Jordan, Aunt Steph, Gavin, Gregg, and mom an dad for dinner at Wild Wing.  On Saturday, they started their day off with a visit to Santa (both boys sat nicely and Colton even had quite the conversation with the big guy!) and then came home to play outside for a bit.  At night, they joined the Kletz family for dinner at 219 Bistro.  Sunday was spent with some more outside time, and then dinner at the Dirty Buffalo to watch the Steelers.
For reference, candy cane hunt, "snowball" fight, and Christmas trees courtesy of Buddy the elf!

Colton and Levi spent their day running a bunch of errands with mom.  The plan was to take them to the park for a reward, but that got derailed when the doctor suggested Colton come back in to check on his ear infection (still there!) and switch his antibiotic.  After running to a couple more places to pick up new medicines, the boys were finally home.  They hung out there for the rest of the day, but did get to make gingerbread houses after dinner, a project both boys thoroughly enjoyed!
