Year 2, Day 193

With today being Yom Kippur, Colton spent the first part of his day in temple...well, in the babysitting room more accurately.  Let's just say he seemed to be excited when Mom and Meme came to retrieve him!  After taking a nap, he went over to Meme and Papa's house to break the fast with everyone.  After entertaining the crowd, he joined mom and dad for a shopping trip and some dinner before coming home to crash for the evening.

Year 2, Day 192

Colton had a busy day with mom.  He started it off by running a couple of errands and then went to meet his or his brother's future girlfriend Maisy (Davy and Michelle's baby) who was born yesterday.  She was adorable, and luckily Colton did a good job in the hospital room visiting.  After the visit, he went home to try to take his nap but apparently was not feeling that today.  Aunt Genna came over for a bit and then he joined mom, dad, and Uncle Jordan for dinner at Wild Wing.

Year 2, Day 191

Colton had a very good day at school (according to his teachers!) and then came home to play with mom for the afternoon.  After dinner, he joined mom and dad for some ice cream at the Skinny Dip.  On a side note, I don't know if there's anything cuter than a shirtless toddler eating his breakfast?

Year 2, Day 190

After the morning trip to the JCC, Colton went down to the boardwalk with mom to see the sandcastles and play at the Grommet Island park.  Even though the sandcastles weren't open yet, he had a good time seeing them from the boardwalk, running around, and sliding of course.  After his nap, he took Chipper for a walk and then had some pizza with mom and dad for dinner.

Year 2, Day 189

After spending his morning at school, Colton came home to spend his afternoon with mom at the house.  He was very happy mom let him go outside and play some and then devoured (and wore) some mashed potatoes for dinner!

Year 2, Day 188

Colton spent his morning running errands with mom and then spent his afternoon relaxing/playing at home with the family.  Colton's latest hobby seems to be throwing just about anything he can get his hands on.  He also seems to really look forward to his daily Chipper walks, getting the leash for us as soon as he wakes up from his nap!  On a side note, Colton was also excited his daddy has now taken over bath duty since mom's growing midsection has made it difficult for her to get the job done.  It should be some nice bonding time for the boys!

Year 2, Days 186 and 187

Well, another fall weekend for Colton meant another weekend filled with football.  On Saturday, it was a sometimes very wet and pretty darn cold ODU tailgate and game.  And on Sunday, it was a pretty ugly Steelers game.
