On Wednesday, Colton (thankfully!) returned to school and mom and Levi spent some time at home cleaning up and getting organized. Once Colton was picked up, the boys came back home for their typical play time. They spent the evening with dad while mom met her friend out for some dinner.
Thursday was a busy day...Colton and Levi started it out at the JCC as usual (after some breakfast antics at their new island...they really enjoy sitting next to each other!) and then made a trip to the park. Afterwards, they headed to the new doctor's office for Levi's 9 month check up. He measures at 27 1/2 inches tall (25th percentile) and 17 pounds, 4 oz (10th percentile). What can we say...we make cute, petite children?!? But most excitingly, the doctor commented that Levi was "boring" in that he was so "perfect"...we'll take it! With the appointment over, the boys headed home to spend some time with Quiana who was nice enough to watch them while mom went to a funeral. Once mom was back home, though, she and Colton worked on making some caramel apples while Levi finished up his nap and then everyone hung out for the rest of the night.
