Colton spent his Monday at school, while Levi ran some errands with mom. Once Colton was picked up, the boys headed home for some play time and then spent their evening with dad while mom went out to dinner with her friend Mary.
On Tuesday, the boys bundled up and headed out to vote with mom. They did a pretty good job waiting for the hour and were rewarded with a quick trip to the park on the way home. After their naps, Gigi and Big Jay stopped by on their way out to dinner so the boys could say "happy birthday" in person.
One really happy development in our house over the last few nights is that Colton has started a melt-your-heart night time routine. After 2 1/2 years of no replies to our 'good nights," "love you's," and 'sleep goods," Colton now responds with "love you too mama," "sleep good mama," "good night mama."
