The boys spent their day at the ODU homecoming parade and football game. Instead of telling you about it, we'll just show you a whole bunch of pictures!
A daily (or close enough) look at Colton and Levi's lives for all of their adoring fans!

October 10-11, 2012
On Wednesday, Colton (thankfully!) returned to school and mom and Levi spent some time at home cleaning up and getting organized. Once Colton was picked up, the boys came back home for their typical play time. They spent the evening with dad while mom met her friend out for some dinner.
Thursday was a busy day...Colton and Levi started it out at the JCC as usual (after some breakfast antics at their new island...they really enjoy sitting next to each other!) and then made a trip to the park. Afterwards, they headed to the new doctor's office for Levi's 9 month check up. He measures at 27 1/2 inches tall (25th percentile) and 17 pounds, 4 oz (10th percentile). What can we say...we make cute, petite children?!? But most excitingly, the doctor commented that Levi was "boring" in that he was so "perfect"...we'll take it! With the appointment over, the boys headed home to spend some time with Quiana who was nice enough to watch them while mom went to a funeral. Once mom was back home, though, she and Colton worked on making some caramel apples while Levi finished up his nap and then everyone hung out for the rest of the night.

With the JCC closed one last day (thank goodness!) and rain/cold, the boys decided to spend their day at the mall (after a quick visit to the One Hour office). They were relatively good sports while mom shopped for clothes and then were treated to some time in the play area and even for a ride on the carousel...in the tea cup, as Colton kind of freaked out about riding a horse! They returned home for more play time there.Monday, October 8, 2012

Colton and Levi began their day with a walk at Mt. Trashmore (since the JCC was closed once again!). They ran into their neighbor, Grayson, there and walked around with her and then played with her at the park for a bit before leaving to go to Target and the Teeter with mom. Once they were home, they used the rainy day as an excuse to do some apple painting (well, Colton did...the apples were a bit too big for Levi's small hands) and then spent the rest of the day inside.
